Can I pick up in person?
At this time, we only offer shipping.

Do you take returns?
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please email us a picture with a description within 3 days of the item's arrival to theexperimentalfarm@gmail.com. We'll resolve issues directly and on a case-by-case basis, as all of our items are handmade and most are 1 of 1.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, at buyer's expense. You'll find options at checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive shipping notifications when your order goes out. We try to ship within 3-5 business days, sometimes faster! If something is made to order and has a longer lead time, that will be noted on the product's page.
